At Seastar Party Shop, we want you to receive your orders as soon as possible. Every order will be packed with care and processed within 1–3 working days after your payment is confirmed. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
For delivery within Malaysia, parcels usually take 2–5 working days to reach you, depending on the courier and your location. For Singapore or international orders, it may take a little longer, usually 5–14 working days.
Shipping fees will be shown at checkout. From time to time, we may also offer free shipping promotions for selected purchases.
We work with reliable courier partners such as Ninja Van, SPX, Citylink, J&T, Pos Laju, and others to make sure your items arrive safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey.
Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case, customers will need to cover the reshipping fee.
If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, kindly contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos so we can assist you right away.
